Coaching and Training

At NeurodiverseLIFE, we take a specific, client-centred approach to neurodiversity coaching. Just as no two people are the same, neither are their neurodiverse conditions. Everybody’s neurodiverse profile is as unique as their fingerprint. We therefore do not follow a prescriptive “one size fits all” programme of support, rather we look at specific requirements and provide tailored sessions to meet the individual needs of each person.
Neurodiversity Coaching
Neurodiversity coaching - focusing on the “nitty gritty” neuroscience of the neurodiverse brain and how our day to day lives can be impacted. By exploring and identifying your own unique neurodiverse profile, we provide knowledge understanding and strategies to thrive in all areas of your life.
Executive Function Skills
Executive Function skills – providing a skillset of strategies around time keeping, planning and prioritising, emotional regulation, starting/finishing and shifting tasks, metacognition, regulating attention and focus, working memory and adapting to change.
Hormone Support
Female health and hormone support – understanding the link between ADHD/ASD and menopause, the monthly disruption of the menstrual cycle, PMDD and so much more – with an investigation into how female hormones shape and change throughout the month and throughout menopause.
Recovery Coaching
Recovery coaching – from substances and alcohol to impulsive behaviours such as disordered eating, gambling and overspending (the list goes on). Also covering excessive, compulsive and obsessive behaviours (including the “healthy ones”).
Self Mastery
Self-mastery and Consciousness – Journey into the core of who you truly are, explore what has shaped you (the good, the bad and everything in between) that piece by piece, built your self-perception. Learn how to identify strengths and build confidence, explore and overcome negative behaviours and traumatic experiences, cultivate a positive inner atmosphere and learn how to truly be at peace with yourself.
Nutrition
Nutrition for Cognition – Provided by our neurodiversity nutritional coach - with MSc qualifications in nutrition and genetics. This package includes an assessment and subsequent report exploring your individual lifestyle and neurodiversity profile. We also provide information and education on the gut/brain link, foods to support mood, energy and focus, as well as advise in the impact of poor nutrition and tips/strategies we like to call “small changes for big differences.” All of which are made easy to incorporate into busy neurodiverse lives, with a follow up session and additional resources.
Pain and Fatigue
Health Coaching – With a large correlation between chronic pain and fatigue conditions such as ME, chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia and auto-immune diseases - NeurodiverseLIFE provide coaching around living with chronic pain and fatigue to understand how this can relate to your condition, as well as manage the symptoms of both. Delivered in a bespoke manner to meet the needs of your individual “cocktail” of conditions.
Sleep and Circadian Rhythm
Sleep and Circadian Rhythm Coaching – Whilst all neurodiverse conditions vary greatly and all neurodiverse people are different, the one thing that most of us can relate to is Insomnia (essentially a completely disrupted circadian rhythm). Our sleep coaching looks at investigating your sleep patterns and habits to introduce healthy routines, structures, helpful tips, strategies and supplement suggestions to aid with a good night’s sleep and reset your rhythms.
Corporate Coaching
Corporate Coaching – Aside from your 1:1 tailored coaching in a private setting, we offer 2:1 coaching in the corporate sector – ideal for addressing, supporting and understanding accommodations within the workplace. This coaching is between you, your coach and your line manager/HR or other relevant party. We support you in expressing your needs and facilitate a mutual learning and understanding between you and your employer for improved outcomes and wellbeing at work.
Corporate Training
Corporate Training – A 3-hour training session on the following neurodiverse conditions (ADHD, ASD, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, Dyscalculia, Tic Disorders and OCD) to provide an all-round foundational understanding of these conditions, how they may present at work and the support available to employees. This session is designed as a general exploration into the different types of diverse minds including current legislation (The Equalities Act), employee rights, effective policies, leadership strategies and reasonable accommodations.
WSRAR Report
Work Strengths and Reasonable Adjustments Report (WASRAR) – Much like an occupational health report but for neurodiverse minds. This report is carried out by Chantelle with her psychological and legal backgrounds. A full assessment of work strengths, challenges and needs is undertaken to understand and identify areas for support and accommodation. We then send a full report to your employer and offer a session on how to implement strategies within the workplace.
Disability Awareness Training
Disability Awareness Training – A series of virtual webinars where we do a deep-dive into neuroscience to explore the neurodiverse mind in a way that is accessible and understandable for all. Covering topics such as “what is ADHD?”, neuroplasticity for change (understanding neural pathways and how they are formed, shaped, strengthened and lost), cognitive distortions (how we can be misled by our minds to believe negative things) and creating/sustaining accountability and longevity (basically – how you can keep going with everything you have learnt once you leave us!)
Annual Subscription
Annual Subscription – This annual subscription provides you with unlimited access to fortnightly webinars, continued educational videos and free resources over 12 months.
